We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Terms of Use.

You are advised to review the Terms of Use periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms of Use are effective when they are posted on this page.

Terms

  • You understand that the authors of the Software are not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation in any way.
  • It should be understood that your usage of the Software is voluntary and at your own risk.
  • The Software should not be used to engage in spam, fake accounts, harassment, or any activities that violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service.
  • You understand that your Bindago License can only be used on one machine at a time.
  • The Bindago License is a monthly subscription and is renewed every 30 days after your previous payment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and applicable laws.
  • Any errors or problems that may occur in relation to the use or installation of the Software should not be attributed to Bindago and its operators.
  • The authors and operators of the Software are not to be held accountable for the violation of any version of the LinkedIn Terms of Service in any way.
  • The Software is provided as-is, and without guarantees to its operation or results.
  • You agree that your network connection will be used by the Software in order to access LinkedIn and download data.
  • You agree that the Software will store data on your computer including LinkedIn connection data, message templates, and campaign information.
  • You understand that LinkedIn automation carries inherent risks including potential account restrictions or suspensions.
  • You acknowledge that you use the Software at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for any consequences.
  • The Software is designed to operate within LinkedIn's rate limits, but we cannot guarantee protection against all forms of detection.
  • You agree to use the Software responsibly and in accordance with professional networking best practices.
  • By using the Software, you grant Bindago permission to display your company name and logo in our marketing materials, case studies, and customer testimonials, unless you explicitly opt out by contacting us.
  • You may opt out of having your company information used for marketing purposes at any time by reaching us via our contact email.

Liability Disclaimer

Bindago and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to LinkedIn account restrictions, suspensions, or terminations that may result from the use of this Software.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of software products, all sales are final. However, we offer a 10-day trial period to evaluate the Software before purchase. Technical support is provided to resolve any legitimate software issues.
