Frequently Asked Questions

The following are frequently asked questions regarding Bindago.

The Bindago License is a monthly subscription and is renewed every month. After your first payment, your next charge will be in 30 days via Stripe. If Stripe is unable to charge you in any given month, your License key will become invalid.
Bindago License allows you to use your License key on one machine at a time. After activating your License key the first time, if you want to activate your License key on a different computer, you need to contact us (via the contact info on the footer) in order to activate the key. This measure is put in place for security reasons to avoid people's License keys from being hijacked. Once your License key has been activated on a different computer, the previous computer will no longer have access to Bindago unless the License key is added again.
Ideally, you will instantly receive an email containing your License key after you've made payment. However, in some cases, there might have been an issue during validation of your payment. If you do not receive your License key in an hour after your payment was done, please reach out to us via the contact info on the footer of this webpage.
No, automations do not run when your laptop is off or when the Bindago app is closed. The app needs to be running on your computer for any automation features (like connection requests, InMails, sequences, or profile visits) to work. This is because Bindago is a desktop application that runs locally on your machine, not a cloud-based service. To ensure your automations work consistently, keep your computer on and the Bindago app running. However, if you do turn off your computer, Bindago will resume from wherever it left off whenever you launch the app again.
Bindago implements smart daily limits to protect your LinkedIn account from being flagged. By default, the app sends up to 20 connection requests per day and 20 InMails per day. Each action is also separated by random delay intervals to mimic human behaviour and keep your account safe.
No, Bindago is a desktop application designed to run on Windows, macOS, and Linux computers. It is not available for mobile devices (iOS or Android). The app requires the processing power and capabilities of a full computer to handle the automation features and maintain stable connections to LinkedIn. If you need to manage your LinkedIn outreach on your phone, you'll need to use LinkedIn's official mobile app.
If you are on the Standard Plan, you can connect up to 3 LinkedIn accounts to the App. If you are on the Scale plan, there's no limit to how many accounts you can connect. The limit will only depend on the capacity of your computer. Each logged in account is equivalent to running a browser on your computer, so if you log in 10 accounts, it is equivalent to running 10 browsers on your computer. The larger the spec of your computer, the more accounts it can connect. You can always check your computer's task manager to see how much resources you have used as you connect more accounts.
Bindago automatically checks for updates when you launch the app (if you already had the App running, simply restart it to trigger the update check). When a new version is available, you'll see a notification prompting you to update (usually it takes about 2 minutes for the prompt to appear). Simply click the update button, and the app will download and install the latest version automatically. In the case where you do not see the prompt, you can manually install the latest version from the website (just visit the home page).
Yes! Bindago supports personalization variables that you can use in your connection requests, InMails, and message sequences. You can include variables like {{firstName}}, {{lastName}}, {{company}}, {{jobTitle}}, and more. When the message is sent, these variables are automatically replaced with the actual information from each prospect's LinkedIn profile. This helps you send messages at scale while maintaining a personal touch that increases response rates.
No, you don't need LinkedIn Sales Navigator to use Bindago. Most features work with a regular LinkedIn account, including sending connection requests, message sequences, bulk withdrawal, and basic CSV exports. However, some advanced features like exporting Sales Navigator lead lists and sending InMails do require Sales Navigator. InMails are a premium LinkedIn feature that's only available with Sales Navigator or Recruiter subscriptions.
Bindago uses your computer's own IP address when connecting to your LinkedIn account. The app does not route your connection through any external servers or proxies. This is very good because it means LinkedIn will see the same IP address that you normally use when browsing the internet from your computer. If you're using a VPN on your computer, Bindago will respect those settings and use the VPN's IP address.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Manage Subscription page. Simply enter the email address you used when purchasing your license, and you'll receive a link to manage your subscription through Stripe's customer portal. From there, you can cancel your subscription, update your payment method, or view your billing history. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
